Polini has further developed the Hi-Speed 12-roller drive for Yamaha Tmax, which is featured in the EVOLUTION 3 series and has an innovative, patented lubrication system.
In addition, it includes the Polini fixed pulley and the contrast spring is more rigid than in the 241.695 models.

The Polini Maxi HI Speed variator has been explicitly designed for your motorcycle, increasing the performance of your vehicle.
The Maxi HI Speed has a new polishing process on the roller tracks, which has improved its slip. The mouthpiece is made of special hardened, tempered and ground chrome-nickel steel.
It stands out by its large internal bag with internal grease storage function in which a kind of spring is placed that allows a constant distribution of grease on the bolt, even in the most difficult conditions. With this feature, the difference from previous models is noticeable in that the performance remains constant and it is no longer necessary to continually modify the roller settings to find the best performance.
Supplied with a contrast spring with 10% less hardness than the original, which increases the rotation rate at the outlets. The rollers are covered with a new mix of nylon material and aramid fibres.
In addition, Polini ensures that thanks to its features, this new variator requires less maintenance, largely thanks to the lubrication of the nozzle and the bolt.
