● The GT Gran Turismo variator has been developed by the Yuminashi R&D to make a maximum top speed of 140km/h (87mph)  possible on the stock Honda FORZA125 without the need of installing gears or a special torque spring on the clutch.

Once the GT Gran Turismo variator is installed with the 12Gr. roller weights which comes in the package, you can expect an improved acceleration around 12 seconds instead of 22 to 23 seconds, and it's possible to reach the maximum top speed with optimal road conditions and no headwind of 140km/h (87mph) at 11k RPM with a better fuel economy on top of that since the range on 1 fuel tank will be improved with 20km (12,43 miles)!...

This actually allows you to save money on top of the faster acceleration and the higher top speed.

If your weight is 90Kg (200lbs), then the top speed with the short gear 2015-2017 FORZA125 on a flat road will be 134Km/h (83.26 mph) at 10,600RPM.

If your personal body weight is 90Kg (200lbs) or higher and if an improved fuel economy isn't a concern, then we recommend installing the NLJ-injector to get more torque above 100km/h (62.14 mph).

If the road makes a decline then you will reach the new top speed of 140Km/h even if your personal weight is 90Kg (200lbs) or more...

Installing an 8-holes 170cc/min injector will allow you to reach easier your new maximum top speed of 140Km/h (87mph) until RPM limiter kicks in at 11k RPM.
(Tested on the 2015 shorter gear FORZA125, the 2017 edition and upwards has longer gears installed...).

● If you have a 2018 PCX150, SH125i/SH125i LED or SH150i/SH150i LED, then the same top speed of 140km/h is possible to be reached at 9,400RPM with the same optimal road and wind conditions as described for the FORZA125, the stock ECU limiter will then kick in as soon as your speedometer shows 139 to 140km/h top speed.

※ Please notice that the 2018 PCX150 have to deal with a very heavy gear sprocket combination.
If you order the GT Gran Turismo variator, then it's a good idea to order a set of 8Gr and 10Gr roller weights to find out what works best in combination with your personal body weight and height.
