Description
The successor to the legendary MHR-Team cylinder. It has seven transfers and a support channel (BoostPort). It is undoubtedly one of the most powerful cylinders on the market.
It comes equipped with an extra-large T-Port outlet. The engine crankcase must be milled in the cylinder foot area to fit properly. It can be mounted with any competition crankshaft with 85mm connecting rod.
Building on its MHR 7 transfers range, Malossi offers a high-end cylinder for water-cooled scooters. Like the entire Malossi high-end, it has been developed in competition, offering maximum power and toughness to be at the top of racing.
Attention! To assemble this kit it is necessary to make modifications to the interior of the engine.
Attention! This cylinder uses a 4 bolt exhaust outlet, it is recommended to mount with the Malossi exhaust. In case of mounting another exhaust, a custom adaptation will be necessary.

Fit with spark plug BR9HIX, BR10EIX, IWF 27
Cylinder:
- Special aluminium alloy material with a high percentage of silicon and titanium so that it cannot deform at high temperatures.
- 7 load transfers and partitioned exhaust port for increased power.
- Thermal treatment: Gives the material a high firmness and rigidity.
Piston:
- Diameter 47.6mm
- Stroke 39.2mm
- Connecting rod 85mm
- Material: special aluminium alloy with a high percentage of silicon so that it cannot deform under high temperatures or temperature variations.
- Ring in spheroidal iron, polished and rectified, with high mechanical resistance, with a hard chrome plating on the contact surface for better compression.
Cylinder head:
- Detachable that guarantees the elimination of the considerable amount of heat that develops in a motor with a high specific power, intended for competition.
- Made of aluminium alloy, with a high silicon content, fixed directly to the cylinder barrel, with the surface of the coolant polished, guaranteeing a great exchange surface.
- Among other advantages, the removable cylinder head is completed with a cylinder head that closes the upper part of the cylinder, guaranteeing that the content of the coolant remains watertight
