The Voca Race Head Ø46mm  has completely revolutionized the world of DT and TZR preparations with a square cylinder, making an infinite variety of possibilities possible.

This two-piece modular cylinder head is made up of an anodized aluminium cover and a Ø46mm combustion chamber, all accompanied by their respective O-rings. Made of a single piece of aluminium, subsequently worked with CNC until reaching this piece with a 100% Racing appearance.

With the possibility of changing the combustion chambers (cylinder head), this cylinder head allows a different preparation for each taste. This nock is recommended for the most experienced trainers, who have a lathe to shape the preparation of the nock.

Cylinder Head:

This kit includes a cylinder head optimized for Ø46mm pistons. Suitable for original stroke and original or other 50cc cylinders when bored to 46mm. It has a locking needle, which prevents the cylinder head from rotating when tightening or loosening the spark plug. The optimal squish for this stock is 0.45mm-0.6mm.

Refrigeration:

The cooling has been improved compared to the original, optimizing the internal flow increasing performance. The great novelty of this cylinder head is the possibility of rotating 180º, allowing mounting of multiple radiators.

• Right side, use of a radiator
• Left side, use of 2 radiators

For high-performance setups, use of 2 radiators is recommended.

Temperature sensor:

The thread allows the original temperature probe to be used. We also have aftermarket sensors for the use of digital scoreboards, such as the Voca Racing scoreboard. For digital temperature sensors, you must use the Koso, Stage6 (M10x1mm) sensors and pay attention to the colour of the connector (old black or new white).

Gaskets:

Another of the most important features is the replacement of the original simple gasket by O-rings. They ensure greater tightness and reliability.
Gasket kits are available as a replacement.
